This day is both a victory and a tragedy. The victory is that we are finally heading in the right direction, the tragedy is that there are still people out there who literally can’t stand the thought of same sex couples. My question for you is: WHY THE FUCK DO YOU CARE SO MUCH? It’s not like anyone is forcing you to participate. Just be a goddamn person. Everyone deserves to have rights.
Date someone who meets you half way. Date someone who brings you a glass a water when they get themselves one. Date someone who makes sure you don’t spend money on ridiculous things. Date someone your ex hates and your mom loves. Date someone who’d rather spend a Friday night watching movies, than out with 50 people they barely even talk to. Date someone who sleeps on your chest and leaves a little puddle of drool. Don’t date someone who makes you leave oceans of tears.

Happy Stitch Day!

I have had this scheduled for today since July 3, 2014 in hopes to help celebrate Stitch Day. =]
New members to Elephant Nature Park (sanctuary), little Han Sa and her mum, Pangpond, are going through their quarantine time - to ensure they adjust slowly to their new environment. The sanctuary staff provided the little baby girl with a a tub of water. Han Sa loves to play, but her mother does not yet trust their new surroundings - or the new toy! - so she keep trying to pull her baby away from the tub of water. Soon, this beautiful family will be introduced to the rest of the herd and they will learn to trust, as their family grows! (Elephant Nature Park [ENP], Thailand - June 25, 2015)
In a few generations, kids will be frustratedly trying to remember today’s date for a U.S. history test.
